Bryn Efail Uchaf     Located in a secluded private setting and exclusively yours, this comfortable static home offers peace and tranquillity with magnificent views of the Welsh countryside with the mountains beyond. This is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday for couples or families. Situated just outside the village of Garndolbenmaen and approximately 5 miles from the beaches at Criccieth.     The  static home stands in its own paddock with a private  entrance and parking. There is a play area within the paddock making this a wonderful safe enviroment for  children. Bryn Efail is no longer a working farm though you will find sheep grazing on the farm land.     The accommodation comprises: Lounge/Dining  Area: - Large sitting area with picture window overlooking  the meadow and mountains beyond, convertible double bed settee, colour TV & DVD. Gas fire. Kitchen: - Fully equipped kitchen, gas cooker, fridge, microwave, and full compliment of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Bedroom 1: - Double bedroom with storage cupboards and drawers. Double duvet and 4 pillows. Bedroom 2: - Twin beds, storage cupboards and drawers, 2 single duvets and 4 pillows. Bathroom: - Sit in bath/shower over, hand washbasin, and flush w.c. Electricity is by £1 slot meter; gas is included in the price. Bed linen: - Duvets and pillows are provided, however you are required to bring your own bed linen, i.e. sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers. Personal towels are not included.           Outside: - There is private parking available next to the static home. Garden furniture and washing line facilities. Lets are from Saturday to Saturday. Children Welcome Sorry no pets  (due to sheep)  on the land. No smoking Local attractions include the Italianate Village of Porthmerion, the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland Railway Porthmadog. Beautiful beaches of white sand on the Llyn Peninsula, Criccieth Castle overlooking Cardigan Bay, the village of Criccieth has won the village in Bloom Competition 2 years running. A fantastic spot to explore the Wonders of Wales, you won’t be disappointed. The Goat Inn is within walking distance from the farm, they serve a variety of meals and have an excellent reputation.
