Pen Cei Cottage     Pen Cei Cottage is located on the Historic Harbourside in Porthmadog and offers quality accommodation for your perfect holiday. Local attractions include the Italianate Village of Portmeirion, the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland Railway. The beautiful bay of Borth-Y- Gest is a short walk away, Black Rock sands can be reached in minutes by car. The Snowdonia Mountains (which can be seen from the cottage) are some seven miles away, passing through the lovely village of Beddgelert.  Plenty of excellent restaurants all within walking distance from the cottage, and all local amenities close at hand. Perfic!     The accommodation briefly comprises: - Steps up to the front door leading to: Lounge: Tastefully decorated and furnished, a large open fireplace for logs or coal, tv/vcr/radio/cd and cassette player.   Welsh dresser, window seat with views over the harbour area with the Snowdonia Mountains beyond. Kitchen/Dining Area; Beamed ceiling, original tiled floor, stable door leading to the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, gas hob and electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave etc.     Stairs leading to landing: Bedroom 1: A double bedroom overlooking the harbour and mountains beyond. Bedroom 2: A single bedroom also overlooking the harbour. Bathroom: Bath with electric shower over, w.c. Pedestal washbasin. Airing cupboard housing the central heating boiler. Outside to the rear of the property: A private courtyard offers seclusion and privacy. There is no private parking for Pen Cei Cottage, but you will find a number of parking spaces in the conservation area of the harbour directly to the front of the property.     The property is centrally heated and a gas combi boiler supplies instant hot water, these services are included. Electricity is by card meter. All bedding is provided, (duvets and pillows) you are however requested to bring your own bed linen and personal towels and tea towels e.g. duvet covers and pillowcases and sheets. Logs and coal by prior arrangement Lets are from Friday to Friday     Pen Cei in Porthmadog, a fantastic spot to explore the Wonders of Wales, you just won’t have time to see them all, so you will have to come back!
