Situated within a healthy walking distance (approx 1 mile ) of Black Rock Beach which has miles of golden sands. Also, access to paths leading up Moel y Gest mountain. The harbour town of Porthmadog with restaurants, shops and the famous Ffestiniog  Railway is around 5 minutes drive away. We are an excellent base from which to  tour the magnificent Snowdonia National Park.
