This cottage must have one of the most wonderful aspects in Borth-y-Gest.
The views of the mountains of Meirionnydd, the sands and estuary are seen beyond the high conifer trees, and to the left the Cnicht and Moelwyn mountains of Snowdonia form a magnificent backcloth.
On a beautiful day, one can enjoy the tranquil setting and watch the boats bobbing up and down in the water below.
The cottage is immediately adjacent to 3/4 mile of picturesque sandy beaches.
Bron Afon Cottage is small but very comfortable and accommodates 3/4 people.

The accommodation consists of:
FIRST FLOOR :
FRONT BEDROOM: Overlooking the estuary, one 4’ 6” bed, and one
single, bedroom furniture and fully carpeted.
BACK BEDROOM :One 3` bed, bedroom furniture, fully carpeted and small.
GROUND FLOOR
BATHROOM: bath with shower over, toilet, hand wash basin and fully carpeted.
LOUNGE / DINER: Comfortable seating and dining seating for 4 people. Colour TV & VCR. Electric heating & Gas central heating.
THROUGH KITCHEN: Modern kitchen cupboards, full electric stove and fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, and crockery and cutlery for 4 people.

ELECTRICITY AND GAS: are EXTRA and charged according to the price list compiled by MANWEB.
LINEN: Bed linen will be provided and the bed prepared for your convenience.
Please note NO SMOKING and NO PETS
3 NIGHT WINTER MINIBREAKS: available from November to March ( except school holidays ) at 75% of Weekly Rate. Balance of money is due 4 weeks before commencement of holiday.
The cottage is an ideal base for touring, walking, climbing, fishing etc. The Slate Mines, Castles, Ffestiniog Railway (narrow gauge), Portmeirion (Italianate Village), Porthmadog Leisure Centre and many other attractions.
Arrival and Departure: Access available after 4pm on day of arrival, please vacate by 10.00am on day of depature.
