N0. 5 Harbour Court     This three bed-roomed ground floor self-catering flat, can accommodate five adults, and, is situated in the private courtyard of Harbour Court and forms part of the Harbour Court Accommodation properties. Tucked away in a quiet backwater, yet conveniently placed for all the local amenities, restaurants, shops and activities it is in an idyllic quayside location with the added benefit of private parking.       This olde world grade 11 listed cottage dates back some 150 years. It provides a peaceful, non-smoking environment for the exclusive enjoyment of adults only, sorry there are no facilities for young children or pets.            The accommodation comprises: Entrance vestibule:  Entrance to lounge/dining area. Tastefully furnished and decorated, stone fireplace with electric effect wood-burner, ample seating for 5 persons, TV with built in DVD player, radio and CD player. Large dining table and chairs. Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen includes electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, micro-wave, washing machine, and a full compliment of kitchen utensils. Door leading from the lounge to the inner hall with the bathroom and bedrooms leading off. Bathroom: Tiled bathroom with wash hand basin, w.c & bath with shower over. Bedroom 1: double bed with wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom 2: Twin beds with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3: single bed with chest of drawers. Outside: Patio area with table and chairs, a seated area under the silver birch trees, use of the shed for storing bicycles and fishing equipment etc. The gas central heating, electricity and combi boiler providing the hot water, are all included. All bedding and bed linen is provided, you are however required to bring your own personal towels. Hairdryer. Lets are from Friday to Friday. Short breaks available on request, (normally out of season)           This beautiful conservation area on the quayside is steeped in history and Porthmadog itself is famous as the slate port of the world and indeed still retains its links with the sea. Its quayside development is now devoted to pleasure boats, and offers a wonderful retreat for passing yachtsmen. The village of Portmerion, an Italianate village is situated just 2 miles from Porthmadog. The picturesque bays of Porth Ceiriad, Porth Colmon and Porth Oer can be found along the rugged coastlines of the Llýn Peninsula. Open all the year round including Christmas and New Year.
